Hi, I’m requesting a refund for my VIP purchase because the access provided does not match what was advertised. When I purchased the VIP package, it was clearly indicated that VIP members would have access to all of the scripts included in the package. However, after purchasing, I discovered that several scripts are still locked and unavailable to me despite having an active VIP subscription. I also tried contacting the staff through the other server tickets to clarify the situation and ask for assistance, but I have not received any response. I’ve given enough time for someone to address the issue, but unfortunately, there has been no proper support or resolution. If certain scripts are excluded from VIP access, that should have been clearly stated before the purchase. Based on the information provided when I purchased the package, I made the payment expecting to receive the advertised VIP access. Because the service I received does not match what was advertised, and I have also been unable to get assistance through the support tickets, I believe a refund is a reasonable request. I would appreciate it if you could review my purchase and process the refund. I’m not trying to cause any issues—I simply want the purchase to be handled fairly based on what was originally advertised. Thank you, and I hope we can resolve this properly. Maybe next time, it would be better to provide the exact details of what is included and what is not included in the VIP package. A lot of people can easily get confused when the description makes it seem like all the scripts are included, only to find out later that some of them are still locked. Clear and specific details from the beginning would help avoid misunderstandings and prevent situations like this. I hope you can consider updating the VIP description so future buyers know exactly what they’re paying for.
