By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

All products are delivered electronically through email, download links, or Discord access.

Once a product or service has been delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and purchase details.
Sharing, reselling, or redistributing any purchased item without authorization is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse, redistribution, or violation of these terms is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All products, designs, scripts, and other digital materials sold through Elite Hub Shop remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial FiveM server use (depending on the product).
You may not resell, reupload, redistribute, or claim ownership of any purchased content.

5. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use our services or products for:

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting within games or servers.
• Unauthorized modification or bypassing of payment systems (e.g., Tebex, Rockstar, or FiveM policies).
• Distribution of stolen or unlicensed materials.
• Activities that violate FiveM’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Terms, or any applicable law.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other trusted payment gateways.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, ongoing subscriptions will maintain their agreed price until renewal.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued if:

• A duplicate payment was made by error, or
• The product was not delivered within 72 hours of purchase and you contacted support.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind after download or access granted.
• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Technical issues caused by the user’s environment or modifications.

8. Delivery & Support

Digital products are usually delivered instantly or within 24–72 hours (depending on the service).
Support is provided through our official Discord or email during regular hours.
Support does not include full customization unless stated in the product description.

9. Subscriptions

Certain VIP or service plans operate on a recurring basis.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.
You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support before the next billing date.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elite Hub Shop and its partners are not liable for:

• Server downtime, data loss, or performance issues arising from misuse.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits or reputation caused by user modifications or external services.

Use all products at your own discretion and risk.

11. Modifications

Elite Hub Shop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
